Composit decks start at minimum of $75.00 per square foot installed and can climb to $100 plus with railings and heights of the ground.
Wood starts from 28$ a square foot up to 48$ for cedar and treated lumber decking.
Exotic wood species like ipe are around 14$ a Lf for the wood and fasteners them selves and will out price composit and cedar
Aluminum and concrete / tile decks from $80-200 a square foot.
Interior small bathroom remodels and refreshes
Face lifts start 12-15k$
New tub shower combo, flooring, basic vanity and hardware, paint. Trim
Remodeling services without custom tile
Small / medium bathroom new vanity, mirror, electrical upgrades, flexstone surround and new pan or tub, floors, outlets, lighting, heated vanity mirrors that are edge lit. Semi custom starts $26000,-$38000
New bathroom – Large with tile shower and or medium size with layout changes and all above items
Starts at $45000-80,000 plus depending on fixtures, brands, ect. Range can easily exceed this amount depending on permitting and other structural requirements to make changes
Kitchen updates – new laminate basic cabinets, pulls, upper and lower 12 cabinet boxes start at $20,000 with new countertop to $30,000
Custom kitchen with designer cabinets or premium plywood boxes and larger layouts $46000-$70000+ with stone or quartz countertops.

Interior and exterior painting services
$6500-11000 interior walls, doors and milworks packages.
$6500-$13000 full exterior painting with new sealants. Repair work is billed at $95.00 per hour plus 15% profit mark up on materials and supplies used to benefit customers home.
Drywall
Services – patches and texture non paint start at $630-$1340 for upto 1 sheet of drywall(32sqft)
Popcorn ceiling removal starts at $3500
Texturing and drywall finishing is $4500 and up.
